Grovelands House – fully open

Our latest unit
We are delighted to announce that our latest unit, Grovelands House, is now fully open!

The unit has been carefully built on the sites of 64 and 66 Grovelands Road. Our architects have taken great care to blend them into a single unit while maintaining the facades and as much of the original buildings as possible.

Residents have self-contained flats, supplemented by spacious communal areas and gardens. Pride of place goes to a communal kitchen that provides more extensive cooking facilities than those in the flats. With help on hand from staff, residents can cook and eat together, or create more complicated meals than in their own rooms.

Unique Features
We’re proud to have been able to retain the ornate front door of Number 66, which adds character to the building. We are currently in the process of fitting out a games room in the garden lodge, and we will be developing the garden over the next few years as it matures.
