Acquisition of Care Home Group in East Sussex

We’re pleased to share that Shine has acquired three care homes in East Sussex (Angel Healthcare), adding a further 72 beds to our portfolio. One of the units is specialist complex needs Dual Diagnosis and the other two provide Elderly and Respite Care.

This brings us to 4 care homes and 19 supported living services, supporting up to 264 individuals with a team of over 225 staff.
