Limes House opens its doors
Shine Partnerships Limited today announced the official opening of Limes House in Enfield. This is the 11th house to be opened by Shine – and the 2nd this year.

Limes House has been developed on the site of the former Roseview Residential Home at 17 The Limes Avenue, NE11 1RE. It now provides a home for up to 16 long-term residents – six with support from 9 am-5 pm and 11 with 24-hour support. Shine already has a number of other successful residential homes in the Borough of Enfield.
Shine provides high quality [CQC Registered] care homes, supported living and floating support services for forensic and/or complex needs mental health service users. Its services are in high demand because they are unique, personalised, positive, person-centred and provide excellent value. As a result, Shine has become one of the biggest providers of care in North London.

Managing director, Manoj Mahtani, said; “Mental health has become a big issue in recent years, and many care services have had a bad press. We set-up Shine Partnerships ten years ago to provide excellent care and support for our residents while offering good value to the organisations that commission our services. I am very proud that we have now opened our eleventh home, eager to get to know our new residents, and keen to work alongside the talented new staff we have brought on board to support them.”
All eleven Shine Partnership Limited homes are in North London and are designed to provide self-contained living spaces for residents requiring support with a number of complex needs.
