A key strength of this partnership is the proactive approach of Shine’s staff team.  They know their residents well, demonstrate clear professional care, and proactively promote our drop-ins.  This has created a positive environment for our team that feels like real partnership working, which isn’t always the case in similar supported accommodation settings.  Their proactive engagement helps to ensure that residents who may otherwise face barriers to healthcare still have a clear and accessible route to support.
